Homework from the Past

Images from the past are inspiring future paintings.

Pink leaves with green outline. Looks like my aesthetic hasn’t changed very much. I still love vivid colors and strong line work. I’m working on a new series of urban imaginary flowers and critters. Cootieville is what I’m calling in now, but that could change. So far I’m digging these works on paper like top soil. Hope you will too.
